LONDON (Alliance News) - Sound Oil PLC said Wednesday that Chief Financial Officer Stuart Joyner has decided to leave the company to pursue other interests.
Chief Executive James Parsons will take on Joyner's responsibilities until a replacement is appointed, and Joyner will remain in a consulting capacity for the transition period.
Shares in Sound Oil were trading up 1.2% at 10.50 pence Wednesday afternoon.
