LONDON (Alliance News) - Sound Energy PLC said Tuesday that it has signed a rig contract and commenced civil works at the TE-9 well site on the Tendrara licence, onshore Morocco.
The first stage of the civil works is the construction of the access road to site, the energy company said.
The civil works commencement follows the environmental impact assessment approval which was awarded by the Moroccan authorities and announced by the company in June.
Shares in Sound Energy were down 0.3% at 42.88 pence each on Tuesday morning.
