LONDON (Alliance News) - Mediterranean-focused oil and gas explorer Sound Energy PLC on Wednesday said Non-Executive Chairman Simon Davies has stepped down.
Davies is stepping down to "pursue his other interests", the company said, and will be replaced on an interim basis by James Parsons, Sound's chief executive.
The search for a replacement for Davies is underway.
Sound Energy shares were trading flat at 16.75 pence Wednesday.
