Sopheon Expects Second-Half Weighting On Delayed Transactions

10th Jun 2015 10:18

LONDON (Alliance News) - Sopheon PLC said it expects revenue in 2015 to be significantly weighted towards the second half as a result of transactions being delayed into the third quarter of the year.

In a statement ahead of its annual general meeting the software and services company said its full year revenue visibility currently stands at USD12.5 million.

Sopheon said it made substantial progress in 2014, citing ten new customer wins in a broad range of industries, the expansion of its sales organisation and restructuring of its services organisation, and new software releases.

Sopheon had previously flagged towards the end of 2014 that a number of transactions had been delayed into 2015. It said it has been working on these opportunities, and they are now expected to come through in the third quarter.

"We continue to anticipate and position the business for improved commercial progress, to match and leverage the major strides made with product, organizational, and corporate matters," the company said in the statement.

Shares in Sopheon are untraded Wednesday, it last closed at 61.00 pence.
