LONDON (Alliance News) - Solid State PLC on Monday said that Non-Executive Director John Lavery intends to resign from the company's board at the end of August 2019.
Chair Tony Frere said: "John has given over 30 years' valuable service to Steatite and the wider Solid State Group as both an executive and non-executive director and has been a major contributor to getting the group to where it is today. I am sure he will continue to make a full contribution in the run up to his retirement."
Solid State shares were trading up 1.2% at 420.00 pence each on Monday.
