LONDON (Alliance News) - SolGold PLC on Thursday said it has now started drilling on Hole 12 at the Cascabel copper-gold porphyry project in northern Ecuador.
Drilling on the hole started on Wednesday, SolGold said, and will test the southeast strike extension on the prospect.
"There is good indication that Cascabel should continue to report consistent drilling results along the lines of those already seen," said Chief Executive Nick Mather.
Shares in SolGold were down 3.8% to 2.31 pence on Thursday.
