LONDON (Alliance News) - SolGold PLC said Monday it received "exceptional" assay results form infill drilling at its Cascabel copper project in Ecuador.
The company said the drilling results revealed a "far more robust high-grade core" than previously modelled.
Among the results, at hole 57, the company discovered at 832 metres grading 1.41% copper equivalent with 0.72% copper and 1.10 grams per tonne of gold.
SolGold shares were trading 1.4% higher at 23.78 pence each.
