LONDON (Alliance News) - Mining company SolGold PLC on Wednesday said it is proposing to raise GBP3.4 million via the issue of shares in an open offer.
SolGold said it is planning to issue up to 114.3 million shares at 3 pence per share.
The company said the funding will be primarily used to back the development of the Cascabel copper-gold porphyry project in Ecuador and for general working capital purposes.
SolGold shares were down 2.4% to 3.00 pence on Wednesday.
