LONDON (Alliance News) - SolGold PLC said Monday it has agreed to issue 131.2 million new shares at a discounted price of 2.30 pence to raise GBP3.0 million.
SolGold said, of the 131.2 million shares, 5.6 million have been issued to its directors and 35.4 million to employees, consultants and service providers to the company. Following the issue, total issued share capital in SolGold will be 953.9 million shares.
Admission of the new shares is expected to occur "on or around" next Friday.
The stock closed up 1.6% at 3.61p on Monday.
