LONDON (Alliance News) - Snoozebox Holdings PLC on Tuesday said its chief financial officer has stepped down but said it has appointed a new chief operating officer.
Kate Ferguson will step down as the chief financial officer of the company, which makes portable accommodation, and will leave at the end of 2015. Lorcán Ó Murchú, Snoozebox's chief executive, will handle her responsibilities on an interim basis.
Snoozebox said it will provide a further update once a permanent successor to Ferguson has been identified.
In addition, the company said Richard Pisarski has been appointed as its chief operating officer. He has been with the company for around 12 months handling a number of operational initiatives.
