LONDON (Alliance News) - Temporary accommodation provider Snoozebox Holdings PLC on Friday said its chairman will step down with immediate effect and added another non-executive has left the company.
Snoozebox said David Morrison, its non-executive chairman, has resigned from his role and Non-Executive Director Chris Errington has taken up the position.
Richard Davies, another non-executive, has left the board due to ill health. Snoozebox said it has no plans to replace him.
Snoozebox shares were down 4.6% to 2.51 pence.
