LONDON (Alliance News) - Paper packaging firm Smurfit Kappa PLC on Wednesday said it will offer EUR300 million of its euro denominated 2.875% senior notes due 2026.
The notes are being offered through a private placement outside of the US.
The FTSE 100-listed group intends to use the EUR295 million proceeds to repay borrowing under its securitisation facilities, with the remaining funds going towards fees and expenses related to the offering.
Shares in Smurfit Kappa were up 3.0% at 2,326.00 pence on Wednesday.
