(Alliance News) - Smoove PLC on Friday said it has renewed its contract with long-standing customer Lloyds Banking Group PLC for a further two years.
Smoove was formerly known as ULS Technology before it rebranded and changed its name earlier this year. The Thame, Oxfordshire-based company provides online services for conveyancing and financial intermediary markets and is best known for its conveyancer comparison platform eConveyancer.
Under this agreement, Smoove will continue to provide Lloyds and its customers with conveyancing products and services via digital platforms throughout the UK.
Smoove added that the contract renewal builds on its 15-year relationship with Lloyds.
Back in February, Smoove signed a new contracts with Lloyds to support the bank's fees-assisted remortgage product line in England & Wales.
Jesper With-Fogstrup said: "We are delighted to have yet again extended this contract demonstrating our strong product suite and ability to provide innovative and proven solutions that continue to set us apart.
"Having recently added the provision of remortgage services to our offering for LBG, we believe that this renewal is further testament to our ability to provide leading solutions," With-Fogstrup added.
Smoove shares were 0.3% higher at 58.67 pence each in London early Friday.
