LONDON (Alliance News) - Smart Metering Systems PLC said Thursday that Chairman Kevin Lyon will be stepping down from the board. He will be succeeded by Paul Dollman.
Dollman was finance director of John Menzies PLC for over 10 years. He is also a non-executive director of Scottish Amicable Life Association Society and a member of the audit committee for the National Library of Scotland. He will chair the company's remuneration and nomination committees.
Smart Metering Systems makes meters for the industrial and commercial markets.
Its shares were trading up 0.40 pence at 324.90 pence Thursday morning.
