SMALL-CAP - WINNERS

Anemoi International Ltd, up 19% to 1.90 pence, 12-month range 5.50p-0.34p. The holding company of wholly owned subsidiary ID4 AG announces a strategic partnership aimed at speeding up artificial intelligence-enabled client lifecycle management on Tuesday. It says the partnership between ID4 and Azilen Technologies Pvt Ltd expands ID4's distribution channels by enabling Azilen to sell, implement, and integrate ID4 solutions across Azilen's client base in the UK and Benelux regions, where ID4 does not currently operate. The combined regulatory technology and client lifecycle management market opportunity in these two regions is estimated at between USD800 million and USD1 billion annually, Anemoi says, with annual growth of 15% to 18% projected to more than triple the market size by 2033 as demand accelerates. Emmanuel Nay, chief executive officer of ID4, says: "This partnership is not only about technology alignment - it's about delivering better client support, bringing more value to customers, and driving growth."

Ceres Power Holdings PLC, up 11% to 293.36p, 12-month range 300.00p-44.00p. Shares in the Horsham, England-based clean energy technology developer rise as UBS raises its price target to 350p from 120p. The Swiss bank maintains its 'buy' rating on the stock. Ceres Power will join the FTSE 250 index on Thursday. Its shares are up 41% over the last 12 months.

Capita PLC, down 2.7% to 322.50p, 12-month range 368.00p-168.00p. Berenberg starts the London-based outsourcing company with a 'hold' rating and a price target of 350p.

Evoke PLC, down 1.7% to 41.90p, 12-month range 77.20p-36.70p. JPMorgan cuts the price target for the Gibraltar-based betting and gaming operator and owner of the William Hill and 888 brands to 66p from 82p. The bank leaves its 'neutral' rating unchanged.
