Ted Baker PLC, up 20% at 118.50 pence, 12-month range 79.60p-217.60p. The fashion retailer receives interest from Sycamore Partners Management LP which confirmed it is in "the early stages" of a possible cash offer. The US-based private equity firm's confirmation was after an article by Sky News early on Friday morning that first reported the approach. In response, Ted Baker confirms it had not received any approach from Sycamore. Rival fashion retailer Superdry PLC is up 2.5%, while AIM-listed lifestyle brand Joules Group is up 9.5% in a positive read-across.

Supply@Me Capital PLC, up 9.2% at 0.098p, 12-month range 0.06p-0.64p. The inventory monetisation platform says TradeFlow Capital Management, a Singapore-based FinTech-powered commodities trade enabler and subsidiary of Supply@Me, has listed its four-year senior note on Smat, a Swiss wealth management investment platform. The note was issued by TradeFlow's CEMP USD Trade flow fund, and arranged by Conduit Securities Pte Ltd.
