----------

Digital 9 Infrastructure PLC, up 3.0% at 7.71 pence, 12-month range 7.52p-24.50p. Barclays cuts the London-based investor in internet infrastructure's price target to 10 pence from its prior 25p target, with an 'equal weight' rating. The firm last week reported its net asset value per share at December 31 was 34.36 pence, down 26% from 46.59p on June 30 and down 57% from 79.33p on December 31, 2023. "We believe the company is in a more stable position, and we have materially progressed the managed wind-down mandated by shareholders last year," Chair Eric Sanderson said at the time.

----------

SMALL-CAP - LOSERS

----------

Synthomer PLC, down 1.9% at 91.27p, 12-month range 78.20p-338.00p. Agrees to divest William Blythe Ltd, its inorganic chemistry business, to its management team alongside H2 Equity Partners, for a total consideration of GBP30 million. William Blythe is part of Synthomer's Health & Protection and Performance Materials division, and was designated as non-core to the group following a strategic review in October 2022. The unit generated sales of GBP54 million in 2024, as well as adjusted earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation of GBP4 million. The disposal is expected to complete at the end of May, and proceeds will be used to reduce group net debt.
