(Alliance News) - The following stocks are the leading risers and fallers among London Main Market small-caps on Wednesday.

----------

SMALL-CAP - WINNERS

----------

Braemar Shipping Services PLC, up 3.7% at 245.74 pence, 12-month range 198.00p-311.70p. Shares get a boost after shipping services firm Clarkson PLC says it expects its 2022 performance to be "materially" ahead of its previous expectations. Clarkson shares are up 14%.

----------

EnQuest PLC, up 2.6% at 22.05 pence, 12-month range 16.90p-37.35p. The stock tracks Brent prices higher. The North Sea crude benchmark rises to USD100.65 a barrel, from an overnight low of USD98.24. EnQuest is a North Sea and Malaysia-focused oil and gas company, and the stock had fallen by 2.5% on Tuesday as oil prices dipped below USD100 a barrel.

----------

----------

Marston's PLC, down 3.7% at 45.24p, 12-month range 43.00p-89.80p. JD Wetherspoon PLC drags pub peer Marton's lower.
