Capita PLC, up 4.6% at 21.89 pence, 12-month range 19.88p-55.98p. Completes the sale of its IT services and solutions business Trustmarque to New York-based private equity firm One Equity Partners. Says it received net proceeds of GBP118 million at the completion, which included an additional GBP3 million of contingent consideration. The acquisition was announced in January and helped Capita meet its goal of GBP700 million in total disposal proceeds ahead of the June target.

Petrofac Ltd, up 3.8% at 108.19p, 12-month range 91.05p-203.34p. Wins USD236 million decommissioning contract from the Australian government. Petrofac has been contracted to complete phase one of the decommissioning of the Northern Endeavour floating production, storage and offtake facility in the Timor sea. Disconnection of the FPSO is expected to occur over approximately 18 months.
