(Alliance News) - The following stocks are the leading risers and fallers among London Main Market small-caps on Monday.
----------
SMALL-CAP - WINNERS
----------
Nanoco Group PLC, up 2.5% at 8.18 pence, 12-month range 6.97p-14.15p. Files counterclaims in the US District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, seeking damages for alleged infringement of its quantum dot patents by Shoei Chemical Inc and its affiliate Shoei Electronic Materials Inc. The action follows Shoei's earlier declaratory judgment filing that seeks a ruling of non-infringement. Nanoco alleges infringement of four US patents and retains Caldwell, Cassady and Curry to represent it, the same firm involved in its successful litigation against Samsung and LG. The case is expected to proceed to trial in 2026 and is funded from existing cash reserves, with Nanoco cautioning that there is no guarantee of success or damages awarded.

SMALL-CAP - LOSERS
----------
Great Southern Copper PLC, up 5.4% at 3.5p, 12-month range 1.33p-5.20p. Completes its phase III diamond and reverse-circulation drilling programme at the Cerro Negro prospect in Chile, extending the high-grade copper-silver system at Mostaza and identifying additional mineralisation along the Mostaza fault zone. The programme comprises 17 diamond holes and six RC holes, with assays pending for multiple holes that are expected to inform 2026 drill planning. The company reports extensions to high-grade lens 2 mineralisation, evidence of stacked Cu-Ag lenses, and the discovery of a new silver-lead-zinc lens, while advancing plans for further drilling at Mostaza, Viuda and the district-scale Colorada target later in 2026.
