(Alliance News) - The following stocks are the leading risers and fallers among London Main Market small-caps on Tuesday.

SMALL-CAP - WINNERS

LMS Capital PLC, up 6.2% at 19.01 pence, 12-month range 15.00p-24.00p. The investment company, with assets in the retirement living and energy sectors, announces a "first return of capital". It will return GBP1.6 million to shareholders through a B share issue. Shareholders stand to receive a bonus issue of two new B shares for every ordinary share owned. "The company will continue to realise value from its portfolio and will make further returns of capital using the B share scheme as and when appropriate. The company is unable to specify the timing and exact amount of future returns, as these will continue to depend on the realisation of the investments in the company's portfolio," LMS Capital says.

Oxford BioMedica PLC, up 3.0% at 345.10 pence, 12-month range 232.50p-455.00p. Jefferies starts coverage of the cell and gene therapy contract development and manufacturing company at 'buy' with a 566p price target.

SMALL-CAP - LOSERS

Videndum PLC, down 3.9% at 84.36p, 12-month range 28.30p-362.50p. Shares in the provider of hardware and software for broadcasters, film studios and other media content creators return some recent progress. Shares are still up by around a quarter since its annual results at the end of April. Videndum reported a wider loss and lower revenue in 2024 but said trading conditions have started to improve in 2025.
