Alkemy Capital Investments PLC, up 2.3% at 158.50 pence, 12-month range 60.00p-185.00p. Reports maiden pretax loss of GBP797,650 in the period ended January 31 with administrative expenses of GBP466,903 and project development expenses of GBP330,747. Does not generate revenue in period as focus remains on developing UK's first lithium hydroxide processing facility through Tees Valley Lithium Ltd subsidiary.

Kavango Resources PLC, down 14% at 2.55 pence, 12-month range 2.55p-6.20p. Notes 50-50 joint venture with London-listed Power Metal Resources PLC completes drilling of exploration hole DITDD004 at the Ditau Camp project located in southwest Botswana. "DITDD004 appears to have intercepted the magnetic anomaly at the projected target depth," company says. Adds: "The core from DITDD004 contains visible siliceous and haematitic zones, with pyrite seen both as dissemination and in veins. Extensive fracturing is observed in the zone of interest and elsewhere in the hole."
