(Alliance News) - The following stocks are the leading risers and fallers among London Main Market small-caps on Monday.

SMALL-CAP - WINNERS

International Personal Finance PLC, up 4.05 at 117.55 pence, 12-month range 99.20p-134.50p. The Leeds-based financial services company makes a tender offer for EUR341.2 million in senior notes due 2025. The proceeds of the new notes, together with cash on balance sheet, will be used to complete the tender offer or otherwise repurchase the notes, including the payment of accrued interest, and to pay the fees and expenses in connection with the new issuance and refinancing.

SMALL-CAP - LOSERS

CAB Payments Holdings PLC, down 3.1% at 160.40p, 12-month range 46.10p-337.00p. The cross-border payments and foreign exchange company sees shares fall, despite a strong start to 2024. In the year-to-date, the stock is up 96%.
