(Alliance News) - The following stocks are the leading risers and fallers among London Main Market small-caps on Thursday.

SMALL-CAP - WINNERS

Wincanton PLC, up 4.4% at 449.00 pence, 12-month range 160.00p-452.00p. Shares in the logistics firm are trading near 12-month highs after it reports positive annual results. For year ended March 31, revenue rises to GBP1.22 billion from GBP1.20 billion last year and pretax profit up to GBP48.4 million from GBP43.8 million. Wincanton declares total dividend of 10.35p, up sharply from 3.90p. "We have been able to carry strong momentum into the new financial year and current trading is encouraging... We remain highly confident that we are well placed to make further progress, though we are mindful of the competitive environment and short term uncertainties as the country moves out of lockdown," company says.

Argo Blockchain PLC, up 4.2% at 120.10p, 12-month range 3.41p-325.00p. Shares in the cryptocurrency miner are higher after bitcoin stabilised following Wednesday's wild swings that saw it collapse almost a third in one day, before recovering most of its losses.

Tyman PLC, up 1.8% at 492.50p, 12-month range 162.00p-494.50p. The door and window components supplier says it plans return to progressive dividend policy with 2.0 to 2.5 times earnings cover from 2021. Tyman aims to expand operating margin to 20% in North America, 15% in UK & Ireland and International by 2024.

Harbour Energy PLC, down 3.4% at 19.83p, 12-month range 16.75p-33.50p. Petrofac PLC, down 3.5% at 134..40p, 12-month range 90.66p-191.35p. Shares in the energy companies are tracking spot oil prices lower, quoted USD65.60 Thursday morning, down from USD66.06 late Wednesday.
