IQ-AI Ltd, up 8.8% at 8.57 pence, 12-month range 2.7p-21.13p. Says T1+C software, developed by its subsidiary, Wisconsin-based Imaging Biometrics LLC, granted patent by the US Patent & Trademark Office. The medical services and software company says the patent issuance highlights the potential for artificial intelligence to improve medical treatment and diagnostic accuracy. Imaging Biometrics' T1+C software removes the need to inject a contrast agent into a patient undergoing medical imaging procedures.

EnQuest PLC, up 2.7% at 19.82 pence, 12-month range 8.67p-25.3p. Signs new USD750 million debt facility to enable refinancing and the acquisition of assets in the the North Sea's Golden Eagle field. The petroleum exploration and production company signs new senior secured borrowing base debt facility of around USD600 million and an additional USD150 million for letters of credit for up to seven years. The new facility will enable EnQuest to "simplify its existing capital structure and finance the acquisition of a 26.69% interest in the Golden Eagle assets".

Robert Walters PLC, up 2.3% at 710p, 12-month range 344p-732.6p. The recruitment firm now expects pretax profit for 2021 to be "materially ahead" of current market forecasts as positive momentum continues into second quarter.
