(Alliance News) - The following stocks are the leading risers and fallers among London Main Market small-caps on Friday.

SMALL-CAP - WINNERS

Braemar Shipping Services PLC, up 6.4% at 267.00 pence, 12-month range 109.70p-269.09p. The shipping services provider says Chief Executive Officer James Gundy buys 20,000 shares for 254.5p each on Thursday, in a deal worth GBP50,800. He now holds 614,109 shares.

SMALL-CAP - LOSERS

Sportech PLC, down 2.8% at 28.98p, 12-month range 10.80p-32.00p. The betting technology company plans to apply for admission of the company's shares to trading on London's AIM market and to cancel its listing on the main market of the London Stock Exchange. It believes that AIM is more suited to its current size and strategy.

On The Beach Group PLC, down 1.4% at 422.00p, 12-month range 200.50p-517.00p. Shares in the online travel agent are lower as part of a wider decline in the tourism sector, after the UK government tightened travel rules amid growing concerns over coronavirus variants and mutations. FTSE 100-listed International Consolidated Airlines SA is down 1.4%, while midcap carriers easyJet PLC and Wizz Air Holdings PLC are down 1.4% and 3.4% respectively. Irish budget airline Ryanair Holdings PLC is 1.3% lower.
