(Alliance News) - The following stocks are the leading risers and fallers among London Main Market small-caps on Monday.

SMALL-CAP - WINNERS

SThree PLC, up 10% at 461.31 pence, 12-month range 310.04p-610.00p. The recruitment company says it delivered a record annual performance. For the year ended November 30, pretax profit almost doubles to GBP60.2 million from GBP30.6 million. The company says both net fees and operating profit were also "comfortably" ahead of 2019, which had been a record year.

Motorpoint Group PLC, up 5.2% at 303.00 pence, 12-month range 248.00p-401.00p. The car dealer rises in a positive read across as fellow motor dealer Lookers PLC reports Constellation Automotive has snapped up just shy of a 20% stake in the company. Constellation owns digital vehicle marketplaces WeBuyAnyCar and Cinch. Lookers shares are up 0.2%, and peer Pendragon PLC rises 5.0%.

Porvair PLC, up 5.2% at 683.58 pence, 12-month range 487.26p-772.00p. The filtration and environmental technology firm says revenue in the year ended November 30 rises 8.4% to GBP146.3 million from GBP135.0 million. Pretax profit surges 28% to GBP14.8 million from GBP11.6 million. Porvair lifts its total dividend by 6.0% to 5.3p per share from 5.0p.

Hunting PLC, down 5.2% at 212.00p, 12-month range 142.80p-297.00p. The oil and gas industry services firm slips as oil prices retreat. The stock is still up 25% so far in 2021. Brent fell to USD89.32 a barrel on Monday morning, from USD90.59 at the London equities close on Friday.
