LONDON (Alliance News) - SkyePharma PLC said Friday that it will repay the entire outstanding USD15.1 million principal of its finance facility with CRC European Loan Origination Platform Limited.
It already has repaid its outstanding euro principle, and as a result the facility is now full repaid and has been terminated.
SkyePharma will pay GBP10.5 million on February 27, funded from its general cash resources. The company said that the early repayment of the remainder of the facility will produce a total saving of GBP900,000 for the company.
Shares in SkyePharma are trading down 0.1% at 297.17 pence Friday morning.
