(Alliance News) - Sirius Real Estate Ltd on Wednesday reported Joanne Kenrick's appointment as an independent non-executive director, effective immediately.
The company which operates business parks, offices and industrial complexes in Germany, said Kenrick is currently a non-executive director of Safestore Holdings PLC, Welsh Water and Coventry Building Society. She also serves as chair of Switching Services Participant Committee and of PayM for Pay.uk.
Sirius Real Estate shares were trading 0.5% higher in London on Wednesday at 125.40 pence each, while in Johannesburg, the stock was down 0.1% at ZAR24.84 a share.
