LONDON (Alliance News) - Sirius Minerals PLC on Wednesday said it is planning to raise GBP15 million via a share issue.
Sirius said the fundraising is being conducted via an accelerated bookbuild and said it would issue 214.3 million shares at 7 pence per share to raise the funds, which it intends to use support the York potash project.
Liberum Capital Ltd and Macquarie Capital Ltd will act as joint global co-ordinators and joint bookrunners on the placing. WH Ireland Ltd will be a co-bookrunner.
Shares in Sirius were down 4.6% to 7.30 pence on Wednesday.
