LONDON (Alliance News) - SimplyBiz Group PLC on Wednesday said Non-Executive Director David Etherington will step down at the next board meeting, scheduled for Monday next week.
The financial advice company said Etherington intends to focus on his other business interests.
SimplyBiz already has started a search for a replacement non-executive director.
"David has been a long-standing supporter of the group, including through our recent successful initial public offering, and a pleasure to work with," said Non-Executive Chairman Ken Davy.
"We are sorry to see him go but understand his priorities and wish him every success in the future. A replacement for David will be announced in due course," added Davy.
SimplyBiz shares were trading 1.9% higher on Wednesday at 163.00 pence each.
