(Alliance News) - Simulation training provider SimiGon Ltd on Friday named a new non-executive director and said that its main subsidiary has appointed a new operating chief.
Jack Sarnicki was named the operating chief of Simigon Inc, the company's main trading subsidiary. In over 24 years of experience in the US military, Sarnicki held various communication, combat and technical engineering roles, the company said.
Sarnicki was also the operating chief of VT-Miltope Corp, a US manufacturer of computers for the military, industrial and aviation sector.
SimiGon currently has contracts with the US Air Force to supply virtual reality and mixed reality systems for training purposes.
The company also said Ronit Schwartz joins as a non-executive director following the departure of Deborah Bitman. Schwartz is also a director at Petroleum & Energy Infrastructures Ltd and she has 21 years of experience in the finance sector, SimiGon said.

SimiGon shares were 1.1% lower at 8.90 pence each in London on Friday afternoon.
