(Alliance News) - SimiGon Ltd, a provider of simulation and training solutions, on Thursday said Alistair Rae will step down as non-executive chair after more than 14 years and Chief Executive Officer Ami Vizer will take on the additional role of executive chair.
Rae has been replaced on the board by Simon Bentley, who has assumed the role of senior independent non-executive director with immediate effect.
Bentley is currently executive chair of UK mobile cash operator Dominion ATM Banking Systems Ltd, trading as Cash on the Move, and a non-executive director of Premier Foods PLC. He formerly was chairman and chief executive of retailer Blacks Leisure Group PLC from 1987 to 2002.
Shares in SimiGon were trading 7.2% lower at 9.51 pence each on Thursday afternoon.
