Silverbullet says will beat consensus in 2026 as demand picks up

5th Mar 2026 15:05

(Alliance News) - Silver Bullet Data Services Group PLC on Thursday said stronger demand and the benefits of last year's cost restructuring programme mean it expects to outperform market expectations in the current financial year.

The London-based customer experience firm said its registered committed revenue for the year already account for 73% of the board's expectation for the entire 2026 financial year, with over nine months to go, and "an additional strong pipeline of new business" is yet to be reflected in forecasts.

Silver Bullet shares were up 8.1% to 18.65 pence each on Thursday afternoon in London.

The company said in is benefitting from the reduction in operating expenditure in this financial year, and what the reduced cost base has allowed it to trade "profitably" at the earnings before interest, tax, depreciation, and amortisation level since the beginning of 2026, and expects this to continue throughout the year.

Additionally, the "customer caution" caused by the geopolitical environment in the fourth quarter of last year appears to have dissipated, according to the company.

"The trading environment has improved considerably in 2026 with the company experiencing significant demand for its products and services. Recent new client wins have included a major European airline and a new significant partner for 4D [a contextual targeting platform] in the US. This improved demand environment is expected by the board to see the company return to growth in 2026," Silverbullet said.

Chief Executive Officer Ian James said: "We are delighted with current trading which is delivering an ongoing Ebitda-positive performance, supported by an improved cost base and artificial intelligence-enabled efficiencies. Our confidence is backed up by contracted revenue coverage, recent client wins and a strong pipeline which enables the board to view the future with a renewed optimism."
