Sigma Capital Operations Boss Hogg Departs; Will Not Be Replaced

11th Sep 2019 14:00

(Alliance News) - Residential developer Sigma Capital Group PLC on Wednesday said Graeme Hogg will step down, after eight years with the business, as chief operating officer with immediate effect.

Sigma said it has no plans to change the composition of the board following Hogg's departure and his role will be absorbed by the existing management team.

"On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank Graeme for his contribution to Sigma, particularly during the years the Company established its Private Rented Sector model and launched its property delivery platform. We wish him well for the future," said Sigma Chief Executive Graham Barnet.

Hogg joined the company in 2011 following the acquisition of Inpartnership Ltd, a business that he co-founded, and a year later was appointed to Sigma's board.

London-listed shares in Sigma Capital were untraded at 101.00 pence each on Wednesday afternoon.
