Sigma Broking Now Has 7.6% Interest In Gloo Networks (ALLISS)

LONDON (Alliance News) - Gloo Networks PLC said Wednesday Sigma Broking Ltd has a 7.6% stake in the company following a transaction on Tuesday.

Sigma Broking now has an interest in 25.6 Gloo million shares. Its holding prior to the transaction was not disclosed.

Shares in Gloo Networks were down 4.4% to 33.00 pence each Wednesday afternoon.
