LONDON (Alliance News) - Alpha Growth PLC said Tuesday that Sigma Broking Ltd now holds a 14.98% stake in the financial advisor after a transaction on Wednesday.
Sigma Broking's holding following the deal was 15.9 million shares of Alpha's 106.3 million issued shares. Their holding prior to the transaction, if any, has not been disclosed.
Shares in Alpha Growth closed up 7.2% at 2.09 pence per share on Tuesday.
