LONDON (Alliance News) - Building products supplier SIG PLC on Wednesday said it secured shareholder approval for its remuneration proposals.
The company said majority number of shareholders approved the company's remuneration policy, bonus plan and incentive plan.
"Following an extensive and constructive engagement with our major shareholders we are pleased that our remuneration proposals have been approved by in excess of 85% of shareholders," Chair of Remuneration Committee Janet Ashdown said.
Shares in the company closed at 114.10 pence each, up 0.5%.
