LONDON (Alliance News) - Graphene-based products supplier Directa Plus PLC shares rose as they started trading on AIM on Friday.
Directa Plus raised GBP12.8 million from the placing of 17.0 millions shares at 75.00 pence per share. At that price, its market capitalisation was GBP33.2 million.
Shares in the Lomazzo, Italy-based company were sharply higher as they started trading, however, up 17% to 87.95p.
"We are delighted to be joining AIM. We believe our listing will enhance our profile and visibility with customers and partners, particularly in our key growth markets," said Giulio Cesareo, Directa Plus's chief executive.
