LONDON (Alliance News) - Share PLC on Wednesday said it has agreed to acquire investment trust individual savings account assets worth up to GBP78 million from Henderson Global Investors Ltd, part of FTSE 250 asset manager Henderson Group PLC.
In a statement, the UK retail stockbroker said it has agreed to acquire up to 3,000 ISA accounts containing the assets.
Share did not say how much it is paying for the deal.
"The Share Centre has a significant existing ISA business and currently offers trading in investment trusts as part of its core service offering. It also provides a wide range of retail self-select investment services and has an advice service for which customers can register offered at no extra cost," Share PLC said in a statement.
Shares in the retail stockbroker were untraded on Wednesday morning, having last traded at 28.60 pence.
