LONDON (Alliance News) - Shanta Gold Ltd Wednesday said Toby Bradbury has replaced Mike Houston as chief executive of the company with immediate effect.
In December, Houston announced his decision to step down from his role and has now been replaced by Bradbury, the company's existing chief operating officer.
"Toby has already added significant value in his short time as chief operating officer and his extensive experience in opencast and underground mining will be critical as the company enters into its next phase of growth," said Chairman Tony Durrant.
In addition, Shanta said Patrick Maseva-Shayawabaya will continue in his role as chief financial officer, a position he has held since 2013.
"We are also delighted to welcome our chief financial officer, Patrick Shayawabaya, to the board," it said.
