LONDON (Alliance News) - SerVision PLC Monday said it has issued about 2.9 million new shares at 5.2 pence each to YA Global Master SPV Ltd, a fund managed by Yorkville Advisers Global LP, to repay part of the money borrowed under a loan facility of up to GBP1 million provided by the fund.
SerVision now owes GBP43,640.97 in interest and principal money under the facility.
It has agreed with Yorkville to repay the remainder by September 15.
SerVision shares were down 2.4% at 5.00 pence on Monday morning in London.
