21st Mar 2016 10:16

LONDON (Alliance News) - Digital video security systems developer SerVision PLC on Monday said it has agreed a series of new contracts in the UK.

The firm said it has agreed to supply 85 video security systems to Maple Fleet Services, a logistics industry safety and security company, and also to supply MVG200 video systems to Stobart Rail, the rail infrastructure and engineering business of Stobart Group.

SerVision also has secured its first commercial order from Manchester Airport for airfield operational cameras, plus a deal to supply live CCTV systems to Gatwick Airport.

Added to this, SerVision signed a new contract covering its MVG200 system with Up Front Car Holdings Ltd and was appointed approved supplier by Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council to install its systems into licensed taxis.

Finally, SerVision has entered into a new partnership with vehicle tracking and telematics company Verilocation to integrate SerVision's systems, and the firm said its partnership with logistics giant DHL is progressing well, with about half of the vehicle installation due under its contract completed.

SerVision shares were up 10% to 2.485 pence Monday.
