LONDON (Alliance News) - ServicePower Technologies PLC said Thursday that an unnamed US appliance manufacturer has renewed and extended its software contract with ServicePower.
The unnamed client, which has operations in North America, has used the ServiceScheduling and ServiceOperations systems for a number of years to manage its factory service and third party contractor network. ServiceGPS has also been used to track and manage service vehicles.
The contract renewal extends the life of ServicePower's products in support of changes to the client's organisation to improve margin and the customer experience, said ServicePower.
Under the terms of the deal the client has extended its relationship with ServicePower to also license ServicePower's ServiceStats business intelligence software as well as adding the latest travel logic enhancement to ServicePower's ServiceScheduling software.
No financial details of the contract were disclosed.
In June ServicePower won a three-year contract for its field management software with a financial and professional services firm focused on the property sector.
Shares in ServicePower Technologies were Thursday morning trading 5.33% lower at 7.10 pence per share.
