LONDON (Alliance News) - Workforce management software provider ServicePower Technologies PLC on Friday said it has signed a strategic deal with Semit IT Solutions, a Chile-based IT business services company.
Under the deal, Semit will provide sales and implementation services for ServicePower's Connected Field Services platform, including the ServiceScheduling and ServiceMobility products, to customers in Chile and Latin America.
No financial details on the deal were disclosed.
"Semit is an exciting partnership for ServicePower. We've long recognized the need for our workforce management software in Latin America. Semit positions ServicePower to take advantage of growth in the Chilean and Latin American marketplaces, while providing field service organisations there with the cutting edge technology they require to compete on a global stage," said ServicePower Chief Executive Marne Martin.
Shares in ServicePower were untraded Friday, having last traded at 3.75 pence.
