LONDON (Alliance News) - ServicePower Technologies PLC on Monday said it has secured a new contract with US-based PermaPlate Inc and has signed contract extensions with two unnamed existing customers.
ServicePower, which makes field service management technology, said it has signed a deal with Utah-based PermaPlate, which manufactures automotive appearance protection products, to use its ServiceOperations system to dispatch work to contractors.
ServicePower also said it has won a contract extension with a UK loss adjustment and claims management company for its ServiceScheduling software and has signed a deal with a fire protection and security services company, also for the ServiceScheduling software.
It did not provide financial details on any of the contracts.
"These three new contracts demonstrate that our connected field service management platform, is the solution of choice for organisations endeavouring to create the most efficient and scalable field service teams," said ServicePower Chief Executive Marne Martin.
