LONDON (Alliance News) - Workforce management software firm ServicePower Technologies PLC on Thursday said it is holding early stage talks to be acquired by Jonas Computing (UK) Ltd, a unit of Canada's Constellation Software Inc.
ServicePower said the preliminary talks are in the early stages and did not provide any financial details on the offer.
ServicePower shares were up 20% after the news at 2.99 pence.
