LONDON (Alliance News) - Serviced Office Group PLC Friday said it has entered into a new lease with Capital & Counties PLC to extend its occupation of its Covent Garden business centre at 22 London Acre.
This new lease allows for the company to occupy the building until September 2023, subject to a mutual break clause from September 2017, the office space provider said.
The financial terms of the deal where not disclosed.
Serviced Office Group was trading at 125.00 pence Friday morning, down 2.50 pence or 2.0%.
