Servelec Wins Monitoring Units Deal With Welsh Water Company

LONDON (Alliance News) - Software and services company Servelec Group PLC on Thursday said it has won a contract with Welsh water utility Dwr Cymru Welsh Water for a number of its Seprol S2000micro remote telemetry units.

Servelec said the first 250 units will be delivered before the end of March, with the rest to be shipped from its factory in Sheffield over the remainder of 2016.

The units will be used to monitor the utility's existing pump stations.

No financial details on the deal were disclosed.

Shares in Servelec were up 2.4% to 324.75 pence on Thursday.
