LONDON (Alliance News) - Technology company Servelec Group PLC Tuesday said that Garry McCord is replacing Kevin Moorhouse as chief executive of its Servelec Corelogic division, effective from July 1.
McCord is currently development and delivery director for Servelec Healthcare. Moorhouse will become a non-executive director of Servelec Corelogic and Servelec Healthcare.
"I would like to congratulate Garry on his appointment. These changes signify a further step in our journey, bringing our healthcare and social care businesses closer together. We are delighted that Kevin will be staying with the group in a non-executive role and will continue to support the business as it responds to the health and social care interoperability agenda and moves to offer integrated solutions for customers. This change also demonstrates the depth of senior management within the group and the career development potential for our staff at Servelec," Servelec Group Chief Executive Alan Stubbs said in a statement.
Shares in Servelec were trading down 0.4% at 299.95 pence Tuesday afternoon.
